Terms of service

These terms cover your use of sundaycookware.com and anything you buy from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Sunday Cookware" mean the trader operating sundaycookware.com. "You" means the person placing the order. Our contact details are in the Contact information page.

1. Who we sell to

Our store is aimed at consumers buying for their own home. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We do not knowingly sell for resale, and we may cancel and refund an order that appears to be placed for resale.

2. Orders and when the contract starts

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when we send you the email confirming your order has been dispatched, not before.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you are browsing in and, for UK orders, include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. Delivery elsewhere is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.

We do not advertise struck-through prices for a price we never actually charged. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Products and how they are shown

We describe our cookware as accurately as we can. Photography and screen calibration mean the exact shade of a finish can differ slightly from what you see. Small variations in finish, weight and grain are normal in forged metal and are not defects.

Care guidance we publish is guidance, not a condition of your warranty, unless we say so explicitly.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, timings and destinations are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 100-Day Home Trial, the refund process and the 25-Year Craft Warranty are set out in the Return and refund policy, which also forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in addition and are never reduced by anything here.

7. Using the website

You may use the site for browsing and ordering. You may not copy our text, photography or design for commercial use, attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a scale that affects its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

The content of the site, including the brand name, logo, copy, images and page design, belongs to us or is used with permission.

8. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to publish it alongside your first name. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not. We do not write or buy reviews, and we do not remove honest negative ones.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since we supply for domestic use.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your statutory rights around goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

10. Events outside our control

If something genuinely outside our control delays an order, such as a courier strike or extreme weather, we will tell you and agree a new date with you. If the delay is substantial you can cancel and take a full refund.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints

Email support@sundaycookware.com. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you keep every right to pursue the matter through the courts or an alternative dispute resolution body.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you ordered. Material changes will be shown by the date below.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
